Aptly named and loved by my sons, Hunter and Sawyer.
Pre heat cast iron pan on stove. Combine all the dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Whisk eggs and a small amount of milk in a small bowl until nearly frothy. Combine with sound effects.
Add more milk or slightly more flour if batter needs adjustment, should be like a thick soup in consistency.
Pour roughly 1/4c or so of batter into hot pan per pancake. Now is the time to add chocolate chips into the pancakes for optimum enjoyment. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
Eat.
